Spread across nearly 100 acres of beautifully manicured greens, the 18-hole Golf Course at The Poona Club Ltd is widely regarded as one of India’s premier golfing destinations. Recognised by golfers and professionals alike as one of the country’s finest courses, it remains the only 18-hole golf course located within Pune city.

Set amidst majestic banyan trees, flowering landscapes, and serene water bodies, the course offers a golfing experience that is both technically challenging and visually captivating. Known for its fast & true greens, beautifully maintained fairways, natural water features, mature tree-lined layout and competitive course design the Golf Course continues to attract professional golfers and passionate players from across the country.

With nearly a thousand active golfers, the course remains vibrant throughout the year. The Club hosts approximately 40 tournaments annually, including prestigious events such as the Maharashtra Open, drawing participation from golfers across multiple cities.

The Golf Course offers comprehensive practice and training infrastructure, including Chipping Yard, Driving Range, Putting Practice Greens, Floodlit Night Driving Range.

The unique floodlit driving range operates daily from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, allowing members to practice comfortably even after regular working hours. The facility is regarded among the most accessible and value-driven golf practice venues in the country. The on-site Pro Shop further supports members with branded golf equipment available for both sale and rental.

The Poona Club Golf Course also offers excellent coaching facilities for golfers across all age groups and skill levels. Structured coaching clinics conducted by professional instructors are organised regularly throughout the year, providing members with guided learning opportunities in an encouraging environment.
